Rufous Whistler Hailing from Northeast Victoria, AUS (Wiradjuri Country), Rufous Whistler combines raw, heartfelt storytelling with modern arrangements, warm, commanding vocals, and virtuosic musicianship. Their live shows are dynamic and gripping, featuring guitars, fiddles, mandolin, and harmony-rich vocals, all delivered with sharp wit and toe-tapping energy. With their first three singles from the album in 2024 landing international airplay, topping charts, and quickly amassing over 30,000 streams, Rufous Whistler has already made a big splash. In 2025, they’re hitting the road for over 30 Australian dates, a New Zealand tour, and their first UK and EU shows, all in support of National Panic.

Wellington-based folk-americana band Butter Wouldn't Melt are thrilled to announce their upcoming album release tour in celebration of Where the roots grow deep, the first instalment of their highly anticipated two-part sophomore album. Finalists for the 2023 Best Folk Artist Tūī | Te Kaipuoro Taketake Toa, Butter Wouldn’t Melt is the very definition of a grassroots, do-it-yourself band. Every note, every frame, every brushstroke of this project is their own— written, recorded, mixed, mastered, promoted, filmed, and designed. Featuring Andrea Reid (Vocals and rhythm guitar), Nick Burfield (Vocals and lead guitar), Cara Brasted (Fiddle and vocals), and Marz Connelly (Double bass and vocals). Where the roots grow deep, available everywhere August 9th 2025. Digital singles from the album will be released every few weeks, with the first single - Song for Maurice - released March 28th. Lara Rose is a Dunedin-based singer songwriter. She has established her style of indie-folk, using writing to reflect on aspects of her own experiences. Recently, she toured the nation as one half of the folk duo, Tall Folk. In January 2022 they released their debut album ‘Wiser’, recorded at Port Chalmer’s Chick’s Hotel and brought to life by Dunedin’s most talented musicians.
